Service agreements will specify the scope, duration, and conditions of each engagement.
All payments must be made in accordance with the terms outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of services or additional fees. Unless otherwise stated, all amounts are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes.
Clients may cancel services by providing written notice in accordance with the contract. Australian Shield Security reserves the right to terminate services if terms are breached, payments are overdue, or if unsafe conditions are present at the client’s site.
While Australian Shield Security takes all necessary measures to ensure safety and security, we are not liable for damages, losses, or incidents beyond our reasonable control. Clients are responsible for maintaining adequate insurance for their property and staff.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all sensitive and private information shared during the course of service delivery, unless disclosure is required by law.
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and materials, is the property of Australian Shield Security and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Queensland.
Australian Shield Security reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
